How the pile advances

A Multiturn screw pile is mechanically rotated into the ground using a hydraulic drive head. As the pile advances, the helical flights draw it downward with minimal soil disturbance.

Once at the required depth, it is ready to load immediately. There is no curing period between installation and the next stage of construction.

Site impact

The method needs no excavation and produces no spoil to remove. It works in tight spaces, keeps heavy concrete machinery off the site, and has minimal impact on ground, services and root systems.

That makes it suitable for restricted urban sites, sensitive root systems, filled and water-charged ground, remote locations and temporary buildings.

Installation time

Installation takes minutes per pile, and a typical residential project can be completed in a single day. With no concrete to cure, structures can be built the same day.
